Our first meeting in the lobby of the Holiday Inn - Sacramento, Capital Plaza. A guide at the California State Railroad Museum discusses the Chinese labor brought to this country to build the Transcontinental Railroad.
The Governor Stanford was the first train engine for the Central Pacific Railroad, arriving in Sacramento on November 6, 1863.
